My Story

Early Years

I went to the United States Military Academy at West Point New York, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor in Computer Science.

I graduated from Office Basic Course in November of 1991
Graduated from Ranger School in February 1992.
Assigned to 2/504th PIR in March of 1992 as a Platoon Leader.
Became the Company Executive Office of B Co, 2/504th
Accepted as a Ranger in March of 1994 and assigned to the 2/75th Ranger Battalion as a Platoon Leader for 2nd Platoon, Bravo Company.
Promoted to Captain and became the Assistant S-4 for 2/75th Ranger Battalion.
Graduated from Officer Advanced Course in 1997.
Assigned to the 3d Infantry Division in May 1997.
Resigned my Active Duty position in May 1998
Assigned to the 34th Inf Division, MN National Guard as Assistant S-3
Assigned as the Company Commander
I was discharged in 2001.

Started as a Process Consultant in 1998 with Andersen Consulting (Now Accenture)
Hired as a Developer with Clientek in June of 2000.
Became the Senior Director of Process Improvement for Clientek in December of 2007.
Became the Chief Delivery Officer for Clientek in June 2016.
Started Vosper Consulting Group (vosperconsultinggroup.com) in April of 2025.
